III. All sales are considered final unless your game had a defect that affects the ability to play the game such as missing dice, cards or instructions. To obtain replacement parts, include your name, address, store receipt showing purchase date or sales receipt from www.highpointgames.com and an explanation of the missing/defective part(s) to be replaced and mail to: Highpoint Entertainment Inc., P.O. Box 1405, Lutz, Florida 33548. Replacement requests will not be honored for purchases over 60 days.
IV. All orders within Florida are subject to local sales tax.
V. At this time, Highpoint Entertainment only ships within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
VI. If a package we ship to a customer is refused by the customer and returned to us, we will issue a refund (not including shipping and handling) in the original form of payment after deducting 10% of the order price as a restocking fee.
VII. Maintaining the security of your payment details and personal information is very important to us. We do not receive or hold any credit card information from transactions, nor do we sell or trade personal information. We utilize PayPal for your security.
